A very rare early W. H. Gispen nr. ‘3059’ pendant lamp in nickel-plated metal. The Netherlands, 1930s.

Beautiful and timeless art deco design with a fluted base and a hanging uplighter shade. Great patina and well lived appearance.

Can be found in the 1938 Gispen / Giso (the lighting department) brochure - but presumably was designed earlier on in the 1930s.
